We started making this sauce because of my obsession with the pomme frites (oh my gosh I can’t even write it without my mouth watering!!!!) Disneyland has sauce. It’s the sauce. Best fries and sauce ever. Oh my goodness!!!
After two years of making Make sauces at homeThis time I chose to shorten the process. Everyone says this sauce is like thousand island dressing, but there’s more to it. I decided to use some Thousand Island, since it’s easier than opening tomato sauce. I then added some additional dimension. Boom…this new recipe was born!
