What is Biscotti?
This blog has probably had a dozen biscotti recipe posts. Cranberry Orange Biscotti, Chocolate Peppermint Biscotti, Snickerdoodle biscotti, Turtle biscotti and many many more….
Biscotti has a similar taste to a crunchy cookie. (Remember, I like crunchy cookies !?!). It’s now okay to eat cookies for breakfast, just call it biscotti.
Biscotti is a bit different from your typical cookie. The cookies get their trademark crunchy bite by not just one, but TWO trips in the oven. Don’t worry; it’s not any more difficult to make biscotti than it is drop cookies.
Bake, slice, and then bake again.
What about the flavor of eggnog? Homemade eggnog in my home is a necessity during the holidays.
