  • Prepare a large serving bowl and wash and dry your fruits and vegetables.
  • Chop kale, celery and cucumber into small pieces, roughly 2-3" in size (or small enough to suit the juicer you're using). Slice the pineapple into small pieces, including the core. Peel the ginger and slice into small pieces. Apples are cut into pieces by cutting around the core. Lemon is then chopped into small chunks, with skin on, if you have a juicer that can handle it.
  • Taste and adjust the juicer after adding all ingredients. Add more pineapple or apples for sweetness. For more brightness, add more lemon. Add more ginger to add spice or reduce sweetness. You can experiment with the amounts to find what you like.
  • For maximum nutrition, store immediately in an aerated container in the refrigerator.
