This dip was a hit at a pool party I hosted with some friends. It disappeared in a flash. The dip was devoured by both adults and children.
It’s tempting to eat the fluffy, sweet fruit dip straight from the spoon. But what if you served it with shortbread cookies, strawberries or graham crackers? It is impossible to resist this fruit dip.
For the lemon curd in this dip, I used my 5-Minute Microwave Lemon Curd. It turns out perfectly every time and it’s honestly easier than going to the store to buy lemon curd.
