  • Nonstick Baking Mat
  • baking sheet


  • 2-3 bananas Big, ripe
  • 1/3 ?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? Choose your own adventure
  • 1/4 Vegan White Chocolate Approximately chopped
  • 2 Tsp ceremonial grade matcha powder
  • Flaky salt Taste


  • Line the baking sheet with parchment or a nonstick mat.
  • Spread the bananas evenly on the baking mat in a tight rectangular shape.
  • Spread your favorite nut spread over the banana slices.
  • Melt vegan white choc in microwave in increments of 30 seconds, stirring between each. Repeat until chocolate is melted. Mix in the matcha powder.
  • Spread the chocolate evenly and smoothly using a spatula. Salt can be sprinkled if desired.
  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer. Let it chill for an hour, or until the surface is firm. To enjoy the bark, use your hands to break it into bite size pieces.
