The marinade’s tangy flavor is perfect for the skinless, boneless chicken thighs. The marinade consists of soya sauce, vinegar and olive oil with lemon juice.
The marinade is ready to use after mixing all ingredients. Just pour it over the chicken thighs, and let them marinate.
The longer you marinate the chicken thighs the better they will taste.

The chicken takes 24 hours in total to prepare. However, the majority of this time is spent completely hands-off.
