We loved this simple recipe for potsticker broth when we lived in Barcelona. It was located just down the road from a local store that sold frozen foods. Fun fact: In Spain, the majority of people shop for frozen foods at a separate store. We always had a supply of their delicious vegetable dumplings in our freezer to use as a last-minute meal. When the weather started to cool, we would simmer them into soups. It’s a great way to stay warm on cold winter nights.
