This spicy gochujang soup is like a party in your stomach! Delicious Korean-inspired vegan main dish. It’s easy to prepare and is ready in under 20 minutes.

Let’s talk gochujang. It is a sauce. Perhaps it’s more like a sauce. It definitely falls under the seasoning/condiment category.
But it’s one of the few seasonings/condiments that I could make a meal of. Is that right? Perhaps I don’t want to be wrong.
Although gochujang can be too spicy to make a meal out of, I still love it. I chose to make a meal featuring it, so let me introduce you gochujang soup.
For those who don’t know what I’m talking, Gochujang is a Korean fermented red chili paste. It is a common ingredient in many Korean dishes. I have used it in several recipes here, including my vegan bibimbap recipe and my kimchi fried Rice recipe.
This recipe isn’t Korean. It is a recipe I came up with that includes many of my favorite flavors, and is easy to make. It’s perfect for those times when you need a quick and delicious meal, but don’t have the time.
