1 lb of your favourite pizza dough at room temperature
2 pkg-15/16 oz. frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and squeezed dry
2 garlic cloves, grated
Salt to style
½ cup complete milk ricotta cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb mozzarella, sliced
½ cup crumbled feta cheese
Freshly grated coarse black pepper
Preheat the oven to 450 levels F.
In a blending bowl, mix the spinach, garlic, ricotta, Parmesan, and salt to style. Combine smartly.
Unfold the dough in an oiled massive pizza pan. Most sensible the dough with the sliced mozzarella. Unfold the spinach aggregate over the cheese. Sprinkle with the feta cheese calmly over the spinach. Most sensible with the pepper.
Bake the pizza for approximately quarter-hour till calmly brown and crispy. Cool 5 mins prior to chopping.
