Strong Roots has partnered up with Swedish climate company Climate to calculate its emissions CarbonCloud. Strong Roots’ intelligent software allows it to monitor and assess effectively the carbon dioxide, nitrogen oxide, and methane emissions associated with each product’s lifecycle, from ingredients to shelf to distribution. Strong Roots is able to use the data collected to develop an emission baseline, and a roadmap that will identify areas where it can improve its production process.
