No matter what you want to accomplish in life, there are so many times where it’s really, really good to have a plan. We can’t just stare at a big goal or a big task that seems so far off and get frustrated and overwhelmed before we start.
When it comes to being healthy, I’m a big believer in the power of exercise. Know more how vitally important this is, because for so long in my own journey to lose weight, I just didn’t have that.
But at some point, a few years ago, I finally had an epiphany–a moment where I knew I needed to do something dramatically different than anything I had ever tried before.
