Vanilla Matcha Creami (5 Ingredients)
Servings 1 Serving
- 1/2 raw cashews
- 1 1/3 Almond milk
- 3-4 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1 tbsp vanilla bean paste or vanilla bean extract
- 2 tsp ceremonial grade matcha powder More to Taste
Add cashews and milk to a blender. Blend until smooth. Adjust sweetness and matcha according to taste, pour into a creami jar and freeze overnight.
To blend, use ice cream mode. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of plant-based milk if your mixture is too dry or prone to respin.
