The recipe uses my two favorite homemade vegan basics – crispy baked tempeh bacon, and vegan mayo made with cashews.
You can also use the store-bought version of these items. The recipe is meant to feel easy breezy—a dish that you can whip up quickly and enjoy on the spot, perhaps with a friend or two.
