This healthy vegan recipe was created as a combination of my favorite brownies (which are in my cookbook!) and my ever-reliable, always delectable One Bowl Brownies.The original idea was to combine my all-time favorite brownie recipe (which can be found in my book!) with the ever-reliable and always delicious One Bowl Brownies.
I decided to try and develop a one-bowl recipe for brownies that was
- fudgy and rich but didn’t call for any dairy (i.e. It was a rich and creamy dessert but didn’t require any dairy (i.e.
- don’t call for specialty ingredients (like the almond flour in Healthy Brownies)
- It’s quick and easy. These Black Bean Brownies are delicious!(For example, they require some extra effort.
